Pin Exchange Registration Form

This form is used to register in the W3E Pin Exchange:

1) You must be currently subscribed to one of these woodcarving list groups:

2) Please read and understand the guidelines on the W3E Pin Exchange page

3) Please email the following information to womeditorATcomcastDOTnet, under the subject line "W3E Pin Exchange:

Name
Address, including Zip/postal code
Email address
Phone number (for use by exchange coordinator only)

4) By submitting this form you are committing yourself to carve and ship one pin a month for six months.

5) You will receive individual shipping information within a week of the filling of a group of six carvers.

6) Receipt of this form will be confirmed via email within 5 days.

7) An Important Caveat: The W3E Pin Exchange is a voluntary program and no fees are charged. By the same token, no guarantee is expressed or implied regarding the quality, size or timeliness of delivery of an exchange piece.
