Supporting The List

Like any activity, there is a real cost in running the Woodcarver List; ISP fees, file space charges, software and hardware, and time taken away from other activities.

For a number of years the Woodcarver List has been supported by voluntary contributions from List members. After considering alternatives, such as commercial advertising, and after consulting with the members of the List Advisory Team, it has been decided to continue the tradition of voluntary contributions.

Those who choose to donate to support the List typically send $25US, although this is just a suggested amount. Larger or smaller amounts are equally appreciated.

This donation is NOT a subscription fee or annual membership, and is not a requirement. If you are unable to support the List, you are still always welcome to participate in the List. While the List itself is free, the support system behind the scenes is not, so your support is truely appreciated.
